CSW, Inc Has Been On a Mission to Better Serve the Midwest Region

Sylvania, OH, April 12, 2018 — CSW, Inc has been on a mission to better serve the Midwest by expanding their capabilities to build flat and rotary steel rule dies in their Sylvania, Ohio facility. This has meant investing in equipment and staff. Recently, CSW’s Ohio plant installed a laser for cutting die boards. The facility is now capable of producing high quality cutting dies, including most specialty dies, for the corrugated industry.

The Gerber Laser installed is capable of cutting both flat and rotary die boards. This technology, combined with a commitment to quality and service among the staff, will enable CSW Ohio to meet the demands of corrugated converters in the Midwest. CSW anticipates adding six new positions to their staff later this year.

CSW has operated in Ohio since 2006 providing locally produced flexographic printing plates and steel rule cutting dies to the region. CSW’s President Scott Ellison notes, “In recent years we have seen a lot more opportunity in producing tooling for corrugated converters in this area, so we are upgrading and adding personnel to meet this demand.”

On May 17, 2018, CSW, Inc.  will be having an open house to showcase their operations and commitment to serving the Midwestern Region with local production and top-quality products.
