Here comes the sun…

Spring arrived late this year, but CSW Bridge has been buzzing with design and prototyping activities all winter long. Among the hundreds of challenges we completed, we’re most proud of:

• Our first 3D printed prototype, used in TV and online video promotions
• Printing and application of 20,000 bottle labels, and distribution of all samples
• Design execution of flavor extensions to a sparkling water line
• Renderings of the executed designs, used in an online focus group

The return of the sun to New England means new growth and fresh thinking. For Bridge, it also means we’re ready to expand our portfolio of prototyping capabilities. Our material engineering team has developed a series of realistic comps for laminated and thermo-sealed bags and stand-up pouches. Our digitally printed comps are constructed with multi-layer laminates, including high barrier foil, metallized polyester, white poly and/or clear films.

Is your bag re-sealable? We can do that, too. CSW Bridge stocks a variety of velcro, zipper and slide closures – and we’ll even add perf and tear notches for a more functional presentation. Custom sizes and styles are not an issue, and we will be happy to load them with non-perishable fillers for you.
