die cut labels
CSW prints and cuts label prototypes without expensive, custom dies. These are produced with any label stock and can reproduce foil stamping, white ink, embossing and spot varnish effects. CSW will apply labels to primaries or ship them prepped for application.
shrink labels & wraps
Whether a single beauty comp or hundreds of prelaunch sales samples, CSW prints – and converts – film for shrink sleeve labels and multipack overwraps with accurate color. CSW’s wide format print capabilities even accommodate oversize full value packs on actual production substrates.
folding cartons
Using direct print on SBS, foil boards, coated and uncoated color stock, chipboard and PET – CSW provides accurate samples. Explore embossing options without the cost of expensive dies. See realistically depicted matte and gloss spot varnishes on cartons, bag headers, blister cards, inserts and sleeves.
flexible bags & pouches
Just as in final production, CSW constructs laminated bags and pouches using high-barrier foil, metalized polyester and/or clear films. For resealable package comps, CSW will add Velcro, zipper and slide closures and optional perf or tear notches.
